About the event
Jubilee Collective in Partnership with the Vancouver NAACP, the YWCA, and just general goodness want to save Halloween! We are providing a COVID safe drive-thru trick or treating experience. Dress up the kids, decorate the car, masks required ( spooky optional PPE a must), pop the trunk, and let a member of the Collective walk you through our spooky fun for all ages experience.
