About Mark Frazier: Criminal Justice Chair for NAACP branch 1139-B Vancouver Retired Multnomah County Sheriff (2 Life saving awards). Ex Pro overseas basketball player Grew up in South Central LA. Lived in Vancouver, WA for 27 years. He and his wife Yolanda started a nonprofit company called Chrome 15 years ago. Has Coached AAU basketball teams for 20 years Chrome Elite. His wife Yolanda is the President of the Vancouver NAACP branch 1139-B.
